Welcome to Armchair BEA 2014!

Today is the day that we kick off our fifth annual event that parallels Book Expo America in New York City.  This year, we are starting a couple of days earlier than the usual event, which will allow all you participants a little extra time to meet each other and chat from your armchairs before we start bringing in the goodies that we have for you directly from the streets and floors of the Expo.

Throughout this week, we will be posting a variety of things throughout the day.  You will see special guest articles, announcements of our giveaway winners and special featured giveaways, as well as articles, photos, and videos live from BEA.  We will have multiple posts each and every day, so make sure you are following along closely so you don't miss out on any of the action.

Now, without further ado, let's get started!!

Daily Reminders:

Twitter Party TODAY at 7 PM EST

Instagram Challenge:  #MyArmchair

MONDAY, MAY 26, 2014: INTRODUCTIONS & LITERATURE

Introductions
As in past years, we will provide you with a list of ten questions and ask that you answer FIVE. We are currently in the midst of revamping the questions, so all our returning participants will be happy to see a whole list of new choices. You can find the full list of questions here.

Literature
What do you think of when you think of literature? Classics, contemporary, genre, or something else entirely? We are leaving this one up to you to come up with and share the literature that you want to chat about the most. Feel free to share a list of your favorites, break down your favorite genre, feature your favorite authors, and be creative about all things literature in general.

HOW TO LINK UP

Please use the following format when linking up:

Name @ Blog Name - Daily Topic Represented

For example: Sally @ Armchair BEA - Literature OR Sally @ Armchair BEA - Introduction & Literature

Please use only permalinks (links going directly to the designated post) when linking up. If you link directly to your home page, your link will be removed.
