Today’s suggested posting topic is “Best of 2012”:
Share some of your favorite books so far this year, and/or the the books being promoted at BEA that you hope will end up among your favorites for the year!
Need help finding a book? We've got you covered! We'd highly recommend taking a look at one of our Partner's site, Edelweiss! This is a site where you'll find books and catalogs from dozens, if not hundreds, of publishers including a large number in attendance at BEA this year.
Curious about how Edelweiss works? Stay tuned! Later today Joe from Edelweiss will be sharing a brilliant guest post all about their digital egalley process and how to utilize the site.
Still having problems finding just the right books for that "best of the best" post? Why not check out Book Expo America's line up of authors as well as our Sponsors Page? There's bound to be quite a few you'd love to read this year!
Also remember, today is the FIRST day during Armchair BEA that you can participate in a fantastic Twitter party to discuss all of these fantastic books you have on your lists and much much more! Don't miss it!

ReplyDeleteHappy day 2!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm sure your "crem della crem" is a joke on the French original "crème de la crème", right? The teacher in me had to check. ;)
ReplyDeleteI hope everyone is having fun! I'm looking forward to reading some Best of 2012 posts. Have a great day, everyone!
ReplyDeleteI'm psyched to check out everyone's favourites from this year (because I really need more books on my TBR list, right? ;)).
ReplyDeleteMy link is there twice, even though I only added it once. I guess that's twice the visitors for me (=
ReplyDeleteI love Edelweiss. I had signed uo long ago... and forgot I did.. and when I went back to it I was already registered & it was a bit twilight zone.
ReplyDeleteI've gotten a few titles off of them, and they run a really easy-to-use site that doesn't seem to slow down to a snail's pace ;)
I'm looking forward to the most anticipated books of the year! I can't wait to read everyone's favorites.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed the opportunity to think about my favorite books so far this year!
ReplyDeleteHmmm...I thought I linked up, and now I cannot find my link. I am re-linking, but if there are two Libby's on here, feel free to delete one. I am sleep-deprived :/
ReplyDelete#69 goes to my giveaway....oops.
ReplyDeletefinding some great books that I've missed before today
ReplyDeleteMy favorite books (so far) this year: cupcake @ cupcake's book cupboard. I look forward to discovering more great books!
ReplyDeleteI was amazed. I've read 166 books this year and only have 4 books I gave 5 stars to. None of those were published in 2012, though. Even though I've been trying to read more new releases, none of those books were 5 stars. So, I separated my "Best of" 2012 books into categories like best mystery, best discovery, etc.
ReplyDeleteGreat post topic. :) Going to visit some blogs now.
ReplyDeleteBrandi from Blkosiner’s Book Blog

Again, a great topic! My blog page is giving me fits, but I finally got the material posted mostly how I wanted to. I'm in the process of adding the reviews for my favorite reads so far in 2012. Love reading everyone's postings!
ReplyDeleteI totally loved Candlewax by C. Bailey Sims. This is my top pick for 2012. I've read it 2 times since posting my review!

ReplyDeleteLooking forward to checking out what other books I should be reading! :)

ReplyDeleteI've been reading about some awesome books today, some I've heard of and others not. Enjoying Armchair BEA so much! I am a little bummed today that I haven't gotten any comments on my Day 2 post, but I was delighted to receive some yesterday. I'm trying to join or follow some new blogs, too, and hoping for some joining back.
ReplyDeleteGood thing I could go back to Goodreads and check my 'stars'. Sometimes I read so fast and so much that I forget the good stuff I've already read.
ReplyDeleteI a now going to enjoy reading people's and commenting. This post has driven me to the point of screaming and throwing laptop against the wall!!!! and breathe lol x

ReplyDeleteI've never participated in Armchair BEA before but I'm a big fan of books. Free or otherwise.
ReplyDeleteI'm sad I didn't get the chance to make a post today! I love the topic. I might have to make my own soon anyway :P
ReplyDeleteWhoops !! Forgot to add the "@" at the end, ahaha. I just linked it up two times..
