On-Site at BEA: Final Day

Yesterday was the final day on the floor of BEA. Due to the late hour that I got back home last night from the launch of This is Teen, I wasn't able to post this video last night. But, here it is now in all its glory.

Thank you to all of you who left such kind comments for me. I hope that these vlogs gave you a little taste of what it's like to be at BEA without the sore muscles and humidity.  I also hope that many of you who weren't able to attend this year will make it next year. If not, we hope you'll join us again for Armchair BEA.

  1. Loved your Vlogs, Emily - I have to give you mucho props for having the energy to do this every day. Last year I could barely form words at the end of the day, so I don't know how you produced video content!!! Safe travels home :)

  2. I so appreciate the authors taking time to say hello to the Armchair BEAers!! Thank you for all your hard work Emily.

  3. Hahaha, this video made me laugh! Favorite parts:

Maureen Johnson. I just love her sense of humor.

"These pigeons are in the Javitts; I think they're going to collect some ARCs, but they're definitely not the early birds...."

"I hope you read my book and cry buckets!"

Thanks so much for posting it, Emily!

  4. Oh my, lol! Thanks for sharing this...Maureen Johnson is just too, too, funny.
